The Himalaya Summit Club is proud to announce the commencement of our Mt. Manaslu Expedition 2025. On 1st September 2025, we successfully obtained the Manaslu climbing permit for a strong team of 9 international climbers, led by Expedition Leader Mr. Said from France.
Expedition Team

France (4 climbers, including one female)
Canada (2 female climbers, attempting summit without supplemental oxygen)
Norway (1 climber)
Israel (1 climber)
Jordan (1 climber)
Expedition Itinerary Highlights
- 3rd Sept: Team departs towards Manaslu Base Camp
- 11th Sept: Arrival at Base Camp via the scenic Larkya La Pass (5,106m)
- 12th Sept: Traditional Puja ceremony for safe climbing
- 13th Sept: Technical & safety training at Base Camp
- 14th Sept onward: Acclimatization rotations – climbing to Camp 1, Camp 2, and touching Camp 3, before returning to Base Camp
- Following rotations: Rest, recovery, and waiting for the weather window
- Summit push: Planned before the end of September / early October, depending on conditions

Thanks to the hard work of our highly experienced Sherpa guide team, the Base Camp is now fully set up and ready to welcome our climbers. Equipped with all essential facilities, we ensure a comfortable and safe expedition experience at one of the world’s highest mountains.
